Architectura was founded on these principles.

A passion for architecture. The vision to create exceptional and timeless design. The ability to craft innovative solutions to complex problems. Flawless project execution and management by an experienced staff.

Successful architecture is not only about design. It's not just about beautiful drawings. The real success of architecture in practice is the seamless integration of project goals, innovative design and a commanding understanding of business.

Building Codes

Business & Finance

Architecture is the most practical of all of the arts. The most challenging aspect of architecture is creating a successful and functional work of art. Every project begins with a thorough understanding of projects goals and a responsive design vision. A project is then shaped by the careful integration of technology and building codes. Architectura is uniquely positioned and experienced in business matters, finance and real estate development. Our related real estate development experience has created a unique understanding and insight into the realities of project finance and the cost of creating functional, intelligent, viable and cost effective projects.

Architecture firms must remain on the leading edge incorporating the latest developments in technology, design, materials and intelligent building systems. The immediate impact of construction on the environment and the efficiency long term operating costs of building operation are currently resounding through the industry. The creation of green conscious design and eco-friendly buildings are not new to Architectura. The firm has a history of sustainability and successful adaptive re-use of buildings. Our LEED certified architects keep our buildings on the forefront of technology.

The projects listed on this site are representative of the collective works of Architectura, Inc. and Conrad Roncati. Several projects shown were created under the direction of Conrad Roncati in prior companies in which he was a partner/owner.

Timeless architecture begins with an intense dedication to aesthetics and a passion for design integrity. Conrad Roncati, CEO and Principal of Architectura, embodies this ethos with his design philosophy and commitment to creating intelligent structures.

In his expanded role at Architectura, Roncati oversees the firm's creation of building programs, feasibility studies, facility design, and project administration. While his range of projects spans all building sectors, Roncati has extensive experience in multi-family residential projects, and has been involved in the design and planning of thousands of residential units. Roncati is currently involved in myriad projects encompassing a wide range of property types in both the public and private sectors.

While the majority of architects' skills begin and end on the drawing board, Roncati's expertise is a unique integration of architectural innovation and building economics. A keen understanding of construction processes and real estate development enhances the firm's range of services, and it is this distinctive approach that has helped earn Architectura the high standard of excellence for which it is internationally recognized.

Roncati earned a Bachelor's in Architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1984 and also attended Yale University for selected advanced coursework. He is a registered architect in fourteen states and an active member of the AIA and NCARB. Roncati has served on juries at Carnegie Mellon, Columbia University, Pratt Institute and NJIT.
